Gracie's Birthday(s)
Some pictures from the celebration @ Grammy's house
I love this picture, it reminds me that, even though she is growing up, she is still so sweet and innocent!
Here are some pictures from her kid party, which was a Hello Kitty theme & held at Chuck E. Cheese. She had such a good time!

Gracie Goes Bowling
Had to share some pictures from Gracie’s class field trip to Ken Bowl. She had so much fun! She was especially excited to find out that she was the winner in her group!

Here we are with her BFF Lillie:
She suggested that we take a picture of us kissing. Of course, I LOVE that she will still kiss me in front of her friends!

My T-Shirt Quilt is Finished!!
A couple of years ago, my parents came across a box of old t-shirts of mine and asked me what I wanted to do with them. Most of them had some sort of sentimental value to me, so I hated to get rid of them, but what on earth was I going to do with a whole box of shirts???
That’s when I remembered seeing this post in which a friend of mine was making a t-shirt quilt with a bunch of her old college shirts. I asked my Mamaw Judy if she would help me make one of my own and, of course, she said yes.
Unfortunately, life got in the way and my t-shirt quilt was put on the back burner, and almost forgotten about, until about a year ago when my talented sis-in-law was making one.
That’s when I decided that my shirts had been sitting in that box in my closet for way too long. I called mamaw up and asked if she’d still want to help. Soon after, we begin our t-shirt quilt journey.
We followed this tutorial (written by my sis-in-law. Thanks for sharing Tereza!!)
So, without further ado, here is our finished project!
It’s not the greatest picture, but it is way to big for me to get a great picture. As you can see, it totally covers my queen-size bed!
I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this quilt!!! The memories from each shirt on it, added to that the fact that mamaw and I got to spend time together making it, makes it absolutely perfect!!
(Thank you so much for all of your patience, time, effort, and love Mamaw Judy! I love you!!)
