Gracie's Thanksgiving Celebration

Last Tuesday mom, Mamaw & I had the opportunity to go to Gracie's school thanksgiving celebration.

Dressed as Native Americans the class did some dances, songs & read a poem about Pilgrims. Plus, we had a "feast" of cornbread, popcorn, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie cooked by the kids! They were all so cute!

Christmas Trees

Our Christmas trees are up...all 4 of them! Evan & Gracie each have one in their rooms, plus we have one in the living room and one in the basement family room. I love having my house decorated for Christmas!

Evan's Field Trip to GattiLand

Evan got to go to GattiLand this week to learn about fractions. What a fun field trip! They learned by using pizza dough and playing fraction bingo. They also got to make a mini pizza, eat at the buffet, and ride the bumper cars. Here are a few pics from his fun day.

Evan's friend party had a Phineas & Ferb theme.  Silly me forgot to take pictures of the decorations.  Here is the cake (which matched the decorations, but we couldn't find a Phineas & Ferb cake)

1st Day of School

This year the 1st day of school is extra special because Gracie started Kindergarten!!  We can not believe that BOTH kids are in school now!! (We must be getting old!)

Gracie Goes Bowling
